Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of MyQR3D, operated by ปราการ เสาสูง (Prakarn Saosoong) in Thailand.
Effective date: September 7, 2026
1. The service
MyQR3D is a browser-based software service for creating, previewing, saving, and exporting 3D-printable QR designs, including STL and 3MF files. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and activities performed through your account. Do not use MyQR3D to violate law, infringe another person's rights, distribute harmful content, interfere with the service, bypass access or quota controls, or create QR content that is deceptive, malicious, or unsafe.
3. Plans, billing, and renewal
MyQR3D offers a Free plan and paid Premium subscriptions. Premium Monthly is USD $9 per month and Premium Yearly is USD $90 per year. Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the selected interval until canceled. Stripe processes subscription payments and is the final authority for monetary calculations and payment status.
4. Cancellation
You can manage or cancel Premium through the Stripe Customer Portal available from your MyQR3D billing page. When cancellation is scheduled for the end of a billing period, Premium access continues through the already-paid period. At the end of that period, the subscription terminates and the account returns to the Free plan. Cancellation does not itself refund previously paid fees. See our Refund Policy.
5. WELCOME20 promotion terms
WELCOME20 provides 20% off the first invoice only for a supported Premium Monthly or Premium Yearly checkout. It is limited to a maximum of 20 total redemptions and is subject to configured campaign availability. It does not discount later renewal invoices. Stripe remains the final authority for monetary calculations, eligibility at checkout, and redemption availability.
6. Your designs and exported files
You retain responsibility for the content you enter or upload and for confirming that you have the right to use it. Printability checks and previews are guidance, not a guarantee that every printer, material, slicer setting, QR destination, or physical result will perform as expected. You are responsible for reviewing exported STL and 3MF files, using suitable equipment and settings, and testing the finished QR product before relying on it.
7. Intellectual property
MyQR3D and its software, interface, branding, and service materials are owned by or licensed to ปราการ เสาสูง (Prakarn Saosoong). These terms do not transfer those rights to you. You may use files you generate subject to these terms and any rights belonging to third parties in content you supplied.
8. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep MyQR3D available and reliable, but service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, infrastructure, or circumstances outside reasonable control. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MyQR3D is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or fitness for every particular manufacturing purpose. Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
9. Privacy, refunds, and support
Please read our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. For account, technical, subscription, or billing assistance, visit Support or email support@myqr3d.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
